Company
Founded in Bursa in 1976 and still in the same city. We process 30,000 tonnes of raw material a year at our 9,500 m² plant in the NOSAB industrial zone, supplying own-brand packaging to national grocery chains.
Company profileWe do not ship what we have not measured. Gauge is checked on the line, colour along the reel, strength by sampling. Records are filed against the order number and can be retrieved years later.
Quality processA new size or a new structure starts as a sample. We measure gauge, tensile strength and ink adhesion and show you the numbers. Series production waits until the sample is approved.
Sampling processThe whole team is in Bursa, in one building. A new operator spends the first months alongside an experienced one and does not take a line alone before that.

Film that touches food is not bought in — we extrude it ourselves. That means the blend is set for your product rather than for a warehouse average.
A carrier bag has one job: it must not fail at the till. In the reinforced range we double the handle zone and pull-test samples with real weight before a run is released.
This is volume work. Refuse sacks ship on rolls, courier bags get a self-seal strip, and shrink film is tuned to the ratio your tunnel runs at.
Production
Raw material goes in, palletised goods come out. Nothing is subcontracted. When something goes wrong we do not spend a week tracing which supplier caused it — the operator is in the next room.
Resin melts and is blown into a bubble that becomes film. Gauge is measured along the line, and material outside tolerance is pulled without stopping production.
Your artwork arrives and is prepared for plate. Colour separation and repeat length are settled here. Nothing reaches the press before the proof is approved.
Flexographic printing. On food-contact work only food-approved inks are used, and no other ink goes near that press.
Two films bonded into one structure. Moisture and odour stay out and the product lasts longer on shelf — essential for nuts and coffee.
This is where the reel becomes a bag. Handle, gusset or reinforcement — whatever the order specifies.
Sustainability
Trim from cutting and printing is collected separately at the machine, re-granulated on site and fed back into product groups that allow it. The “eco” claim on a bag starts in the film recipe, not at the checkout. Film that is thicker than the product needs is waste as well: if 30 microns does the job, we do not run 60.
