Food Packaging
We blow the film in house. Where a moisture or odour barrier is needed, we laminate two layers.
Film that touches food is not bought in — we extrude it ourselves. That means the blend is set for your product rather than for a warehouse average.
For products that stale quickly, such as nuts, we laminate two layers to build the barrier. Colour drift means a reprint, so the proof is signed off before the job reaches the press.

Pillow-pack format
Most food packs are pillow packs: film feeds from the reel, the back seam is welded on your filling machine, then top and bottom are sealed and cut. Side gussets are folded in where extra volume is needed.
