Most people here have been with us more than ten years. Every shift leader started as an operator. When a position opens we ask inside first.
How we work
The whole team is in Bursa and in one building. From extrusion operator to graphic designer, people know each other; problems get solved by walking down the hall rather than by email.
A new operator spends the first months alongside an experienced one and does not take a line alone before that. It looks slow, but measured against scrap and downtime it is the cheapest way to train.
We run shifts. Transport and meals are provided on site, and the annual leave plan is set together with the shift rota at the start of the year.
