In-house processes
The business started in 1976. What we do has not changed since: we turn polymer into film, and film into packaging. What changed is the scale.
Our plant covers 9,500 m² and processes 30,000 tonnes of raw material a year. We blow the film on our own extrusion lines and print it on our own flexo presses. Cutting and lamination are in-house as well; nothing is put out to subcontract.
Who we supply
Our packaging is on the shelves of Turkey’s largest grocery chains, and own-brand carrier bags are a substantial part of that work. The customer list is wider than retail, though: pulse packers, pharmacies, courier operators and detergent manufacturers all order from the same plant. A national chain and a single pharmacy run on the same line — only the size, the gauge and the print change.
How we work
Three things hold this business together. Delivering on the date we gave. Not shipping anything we have not measured. And saying plainly what went wrong when it does — which we can only do because every reel traces back to a specific machine and shift.
- All five processes in one building: extrusion, prepress, printing, lamination, cutting and slitting.
- Every pallet carries its production date and line number, filed against the order.
- For food-contact work, inks and resins pass a separate approval step.
- Trim from cutting and printing is re-granulated on site and returned to suitable product groups.
What comes next
We are working on lower gauges, less trim and a higher share of recycled resin. Even when a customer asks for it, we will not run 60 microns where 30 does the job — that is a cost question as much as a material one.
