Extrusion
Resin melts and is blown into a bubble that becomes film. Gauge is measured along the line, and material outside tolerance is pulled without stopping production.
Resin is melted and blown on our own lines. Once we know what the pack has to carry, the gauge follows from it. Running thicker than the product needs costs money and wastes material — if a spec looks over-engineered we will say so before quoting.
