AY Plastik Ambalaj San. ve Tic. takes the privacy of visitors and enquirers seriously. This policy explains what is collected through this website and how it is used.

1. What we collect

This is a static website. It asks nothing of you while you browse, builds no profile and tracks no behaviour.

• There is no login or account system.
• No analytics, advertising or social media tracking code is used.
• When you submit the form, the details go to your own e-mail client rather than to our server, and reach us as an ordinary e-mail.

When you contact us by e-mail or telephone, the name, company, contact details and enquiry content you provide are recorded. The basis on which this data is processed is set out in our Data Protection Notice.

2. Server logs

The hosting service may keep technical access logs (IP address, date and time, requested path, browser string) for security and service continuity. We do not use these logs for marketing, and they are deleted after the provider’s retention period.

3. How information is used

What you send is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, run a sampling process or assess a job application. Your details are not added to marketing lists and are never sold.

4. Information security

Access to our e-mail and file systems is limited to authorised staff. Quotation and sample correspondence is kept with the relevant order file. Customer-specific artwork and film structures are never shared with other customers.

5. Linked sites

The site links to third-party services such as a map provider. Once you follow such a link, that site’s own privacy practices apply; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current text is always published on this page and the date at the top is revised accordingly.
