Carrier Bags
Cut and gusset follow the load. In the reinforced range the handle area is double-layered.
A carrier bag has one job: it must not fail at the till. In the reinforced range we double the handle zone and pull-test samples with real weight before a run is released.
A national grocery chain and a single pharmacy are served from the same line. What changes is the size, the gauge and the print — not the process.

T-shirt bag die line
Handles are cut from the body, the side gusset adds carrying volume and the base is closed with a weld. In the reinforced range the handle zone runs double-layer; that is where the pull test is applied.
